Are you ready to take your cycling game to the next level? Join us in the ultimate challenge of conquering the Epic Climbs of the Greater Bay Area. This is your chance to test your mettle on a variety of climbs, from heart-pounding, ultra-steep sprints to long, sustained ascents that will push your limits.

The Lowdown:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to tackle the Epic Climbs on our list. These climbs span the Greater Bay Area, taking you from the iconic Marin Ave. in the Berkeley Hills to the challenging Diablo Range, scenic Santa Cruz Mountains, and classic Peninsula climbs like Old La Honda and Tunitas Creek. You'll also have the chance to conquer the major summits of Marin and the North Bay.

Challenge Duration:

This epic adventure runs from 2023-06-10 to 2023-12-31. That's plenty of time to experience these climbs in all four seasons and at your own pace. How many can you check off your list?

Earn Your Epic Climbers Jersey:

Climbers who reach 20,000 feet (approximately 6,000 meters) of elevation gain will earn the right to purchase and proudly wear a special Epic Climbers jersey.

Exploration and Camaraderie:

This challenge is all about freedom and flexibility. You can take on these climbs individually or mix and match as you see fit. Whether you prefer solo expeditions or cycling with your friends, the choice is yours. Plus, keep an eye out for announcements in the GPC club for group rides.
